With over 25,000 members, a live text thread wouldn’t be effective. Black Parent Group Chat is a virtual community that connects parents through monthly meetings, emails, and shared resources. You’ll still have ways to ask questions and share insights between meetings.
Absolutely! We welcome anyone who is actively involved in supporting a child’s growth, including aunts, uncles, Godparents, grandparents, and mentors.
Yes. If you're raising or actively supporting a Black or biracial child, you are welcome here. Our focus is on making sure Black children are supported, affirmed, and set up to thrive.
We primarily focus on supporting students in kindergarten through 12th grade. That said, if you’re raising or supporting a child at any stage, you’re welcome here.
Right now, all of our meetings are virtual which makes it easy to join from anywhere. However, we're planning to host in-person gatherings soon. Stayed tuned for a city near you.
No. Join when you can. You’ll still receive updates, resources, and information even if you can’t attend every session.
Yes. We are committed to creating a respectful, supportive environment where parents can share, learn, and grow together.

Yes. Our main community is free to join. We also offer a smaller, paid community for parents who want deeper support and more in-depth conversations.
